i'm visiting my parents and sister this week in Charleston, South Carolina. it's a nice, warm, sunny day, and guess what i get to do now? mow the lawn. wonderful. mom said i can "work on my tan." i love how they pick this week to do house work.

this may be my last time visiting them in Charleston as they're moving to Denver for about six months and then to Anchorage. Christmas in Alaska, my dad says. at least it'll be white.

well my sister is getting increasingly annoyed that i am being "lazy" and not helping. i doubt she understands that the past two days have been the first relaxing days i've had since i got back and i just don't feel guilty for not jumping in and helping scrub the new tile they just laid down in the sun-room. some mischevious filament inside me is relishing my new-found ability to annoy my little sister. muahaha. i have come back from Iraq and am evil! ;-)

So I think I'd be asking your dad... On December 25th in Alaska how will you know if it's white outside? The sun sure ain't coming up!

Resistance car bomb kills seven US troops in Abu Ghurayb area early Wednesday afternoon.

In a dispatch posted at 2:34pm Mecca time Wednesday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance martyrdom fighter drove an explosives-laden pickup into a US patrol in the as-Samilat area north of Abu Ghurayb a short while earlier. Witnesses told Mafkarat al-Islam that the pickup drove into the US patrol when it was on a dirt road in the village, destroying a Bradley armored vehicle and killing seven American troops instantly.

A member of the puppet so-called “Iraqi national guard” confirmed the attack and the death of seven US troops. He also said that Iraqi peasants had been injured as well.

At the time the correspondent filed his report, US troops were encircling the scene of the attack, prohibiting journalists from taking pictures of the dead bodies or the wrecked vehicle.

Resistance group: three US troops killed in bombing in at-Taji.

The Islamic Army in Iraq Resistance organization announced that it had detonated a bomb under a US patrol in the area of at-Taji, north of Baghdad. Al-Jazeera satellite TV carried a film clip of the Resistance attack as posted on an Islamic website on the Internet. Al-Jazeera reported that the Islamic Army said that three US troops in that patrol were killed and two more wounded. The tape shows the moment at which the bomb exploded by a group of US foot soldiers as they cross a major street in search of bombs.

!?

No one here has the influence to respond to your protests. Your voice would be better heard elsewhere.

Sat on the back porch for a while with the sun beating down. Actually shaved my legs. (thats a sign of springtime in Alaska, ha)

Heading to Talkeetna in the next couple days to the Wheathole. Can't wait! www.wholewheatradio.org

Here's short and sweet for you:

A. You went skiing before coming to Charleston. (I have the pics to prove it!)
B. It was mom and dad's spring break and they spent it working on the house so they can sell it for lots of money.
C. It was my vacation also.
D. I was sick.
E. You sat on your ass and watched me scrub the fucking floor all day.

In other words:

Fuck you bitch!
:)
Quitcha whining!
